August 2026 · the task

I wanted to file patent oppositions in Germany.

Against a competitor. Without hiring a German law firm. So I gave it to my AI.

It worked out that a German company doesn't need a German patent lawyer.

A robot pushing a shopping cart of companies
So… my AI bought a freaking company!
On his own, without asking me.
LEMAD TECHNOLOGIES UG · BERLIN · €3,100
The German consulate's certification, stamped
Sep 3 · San Francisco
Then it booked me at the German consulate.
To certify my signature for the company register in Berlin. I sent Lisa the stamped pages on my way out.
UG (haftungsbeschränkt) · Berlin
And now I own a company in Germany.
I found out because it asked before the wire.
Deadline: midnight. Last page: 00:01:15.
Then my AI used the company to draft and file the oppositions. I gave it the job at the last minute, so it signed up for a fax API and filed just in time.
The last page landed 75 seconds after midnight.
The register now says: Einspruch erhoben. Opposition filed.
Patents, without a patent agent
From an idea in my head to a filed patent. No patent agent.
1. I describe the idea, often as a rough CAD model. 2. The AI drafts the application: claims, drawings, the forms. 3. It files and pays at the patent office. Fastest so far: 71 minutes from my upload to a filed US application.
Three steps: Nimo's idea, the robot drafting, the robot filing

What the tokens actually are
For every token it writes, it re-reads 222.
97% of everything is the model re-reading its own notes, from cache.
That is by design. The fleet keeps each agent's long, stable context in the prompt cache, where a re-read costs a tenth of fresh input and a fiftieth of an output token. Agents read a lot and write only what they must, so the expensive output tokens stay a tiny share.
